Yes! Once we get it, it’s the same at its core to christians being flooded with the holy spirit. Pantheists share so much with their world religion and atheist brothers and sisters. Its an amazing place to be, to see the value of each group, to have a language to speak to both.

I’ve been reading about desecularization. It’s scary stuff. I didnt find this in the literature but best I can tell secular people have turned to their government for the answers, look to the government to be their voice, because they have no healthy religious alternative.

Every time I say “wow”, every time im overcome with the awe, both the most beautiful and the most deplorable things of our reality, this is when I feel the powerful notion of “god” the Omnia, strongest. The mundane parts of reality are part of the whole bag too, but it’s those powerful moments that really wake you up and remind you.

Im currently beginning to read ‘Belief Without Borders’ by Mercadante. A book about the ‘spiritual but not religious’. Pretty objective considering it’s written by a christian (although a spritual wanderer at heart).
