As Venus leaves our evening sky you can see it’s phases even with a very modest optical aid I used my 5×10 Zeiss miniquick monocular a few nights back although some claim to have seen the phases of Venus with the naked eye.

Mercury will be under Venus on the 21st of may for a few days always a good thing to see, after Uranus, the most difficult naked eye planet.

I made this video to raise the question of how we approach the idea of divinity. Alan Watts makes an interesting statement on “god.” As Scientific Pantheists, we tend to approach this idea metaphorically. What is your approach to “everything is divine?”

Agnostic means anything from “I am pretty sure there is no creator God but I cannot 100% prove that” (and in that sense Dawkins calls himself an agnostic).
To “I am going to live as if there is a creator God but I am not 100% sure there is one.”
